Kent sees a number of similarities between real estate and his experience in custom clothing. Finding the perfect property for each individual client is always his focus. He says, “There is no difference in customer service between a three-button suit and a three-bedroom house.” Kent’s real estate clients are well served by his careful attention to detail and deep understanding of what true customer service means. Lana is a native Idahoan, raised on a small ranch in southern Idaho, where she learned the art of hard work! She is thrilled to be back in her home state and is excited to work with you. After graduating from Boise State, she taught elementary school for 9 years before taking on the grand adventure of moving to St. Louis, Missouri in just two weeks! She learned through personal experience the value of a real estate agent who listens, has your best interest at heart and is willing to walk the process with you. In St. Louis she was the Operations Manager for Gold’s Gym where she won the hearts of her members with her positive attitude, bright smile, and listening ear. Great customer service is one of her finest attributes. After living in St. Louis her family moved to Denver for a year, again working side by side with an amazing real estate agent who helped them find the perfect temporary home. After 10 years of living away from extended family, settling down to raise her 3 boys in the beauty of Boise’s foothills was long overdue. Lana keeps busy with her very active sons, she also loves to travel and meet new people. In her spare time, she enjoys live music, time with her basset hound Trixi and escaping the city to go home to the tranquility of the family farm. Lana believes in the Golden Rule of customer service, firmly demonstrating that going the extra mile to make someone feel important is worth every step!

Having been raised in northern Idaho, Doug has a great love for the Snake and Clearwater valley area and the people who live there. He has been blessed by serving others in many capacities throughout the years. Now, he is fulfilling a life long interest in real estate, and is excited to serve you, by helping you find the home of your dreams. He and his wife are the parents of five grown children and the very happy grandparents of 18 grandchildren. This, and other life experiences, have taught him that listening is far more important than talking!
